Terms & Conditions Kepritogel – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Definitions & Interpretation

In this Kepritogel Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated herein unless the context requires otherwise.

Account Registration

To use Kepritogel's services, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. Kepritogel reserves the right to verify the validity of all information provided at any time.

1. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Kepritogel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close the account if this requirement is not met.
2. Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
3. Information provided during registration — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and date of birth — must be your own accurate and valid personal details.
4. Kepritogel is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password confidential.
5. You are responsible for ensuring that all account information is kept up to date. Any changes must be communicated to the Kepritogel support team.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the Kepritogel platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Kepritogel reserves the right to reject or terminate the membership of any user who does not satisfy these requirements.

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• Not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online betting services.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the Kepritogel platform previously.
• Not acting on behalf of another person — all accounts must be used personally by the registered owner only.
• Is not on the list of individuals who have applied for self-exclusion from gambling through the Responsible Gaming programme.

Deposit & Payment

Kepritogel accepts deposits from members via a range of recognised and approved payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum deposit is RM 10. There is no maximum limit for standard deposits; however, deposits exceeding RM 10,000 in a single day may require additional KYC verification.

Kepritogel is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your payment service provider. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for further details.

Withdrawal

Kepritogel is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Members may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Kepritogel account holder.
• The KYC (identity verification) process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires a valid copy of your Malaysian identification card.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that condition is fulfilled.
• Kepritogel reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Standard processing time is 5 to 24 hours on business days.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kepritogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in their respective conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• The Kepritogel welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The rollover period is 14 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any bonus that does not meet the rollover requirement within this period will expire.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games. Each game carries a different weighting for rollover calculations (slots 100%, Live Casino 30%, football 10%).
• Kepritogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including obvious hedging bets to meet rollover requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each member is eligible for each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Kepritogel platform are subject to the respective game rules as well as the following general rules.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Kepritogel system are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Kepritogel reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, odds error, or circumstances beyond our control such as a live broadcast disruption.
• In the event of a postponed football match, Kepritogel follows its bet settlement policy in accordance with the guidelines of the designated sports service provider.
• In-play betting on events already in progress is permitted and subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed.
• Kepritogel reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any member for operational reasons without being required to provide justification.
• Any decision made by Kepritogel regarding the settlement of bets is final and binding.

Member Conduct

As a Kepritogel member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible and lawful manner, with respect for all other users and Kepritogel staff.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using software, bots, or any automated means to access or interact with the Kepritogel platform.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with Kepritogel's systems or software.
• Colluding with other members to cheat the system or manipulate games.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward customer support staff or other members.
• Disclosing system vulnerabilities to third parties instead of reporting them to Kepritogel through the proper channels.
• Using the Kepritogel platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Privacy & Data Security

Kepritogel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. The collection, use, and storage of personal data are subject to Privacy Policy Kepritogel, which forms part of these terms.

• Your personal information is collected solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Kepritogel will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
• All data is stored using 256-bit SSL security protocols and the latest data encryption standards.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by Kepritogel at any time.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kepritogel reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or criminal activity.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• The member has enrolled in a self-exclusion programme for gambling.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting Kepritogel's customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the KYC process.

Limitation of Liability

Kepritogel provides its online betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted at all times.

• Kepritogel is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity disruptions, or interruptions beyond our control.
• Kepritogel is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Kepritogel's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member over the preceding 12 months.
• Kepritogel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Kepritogel reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes, or to enhance member protection.

In the event of a material amendment, Kepritogel will notify members through:

• A pop-up notice upon logging in to the platform.
• Email or SMS to your registered address or number.
• Announcements on the Kepritogel homepage.

Your continued use of the Kepritogel platform after an amendment notice is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the new terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Kepritogel Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Kepritogel operates under the required licences and in full compliance with the relevant provisions.

Any dispute between a member and Kepritogel should first be resolved through mutual negotiation. To submit a formal complaint, members may contact Kepritogel's customer support team via our official email.

Kepritogel is committed to resolving all valid disputes within 14 business days from the date the complaint is received. The decision of the Kepritogel management team is final in all matters relating to platform rules.
